As a student at Eastern Kentucky University, I am involved in a variety of activities, which illustrate my variety of interests. I am also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society.

Professionally, I enjoy working with people to develop their professional skills, especially in communication. I enjoy designing training systems and helping people grow to their full potential. I currently work as a professional development coordinator for EKU's writing center where I am responsible for the training of our student writing consultants. I also served as a mentor for incoming freshman to the EKU Honors Program, where I helped them find their footing to succeed in their first semester of college.

In my personal life, I am a certified yoga teacher and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog and my family.
